Limited Nursing Services
|

The Wirick holds a specialty license to provide Limited Nursing Services
in addition to our Limited Mental Health certification. This enables us to provide
another layer of health care through nursing supervision of resident needs.
Although all residents benefit from the regular review and oversight of
our activities by our staff nurse, individually, after a personal care plan is designed,
a resident will have access to many additional services including:
Nurse On Duty / On-Call
Nursing Supervision of Care Plan
Medication Supervision and Nursing Review
Continuity of Care with Nursing Supervision

If you require assistance with activities of daily living or administration of medications, have a diagnosis of dementia or
any chronic or degenerative medical condition, or are Medicaid-eligible for the, Nursing Home Diversion
Waiver, we can help with your needs.
Financial assistance is available for these services through the Department of Elder Affairs. You can read more about their programs
at this link. Additional assistance can be
obtained through Medicaid Waiver Assistance, SSI, and MEDS-AD. If you need more information on these and other programs, please contact
